Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities :

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern Project Specialist Strategic Initiatives to join our Strategy & Operational Excellence this role you will support high-impact strategic programs that shape the future of our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will work directly with senior leaders on initiatives that drive performance innovation and transformation across operations.

Your tasks will be :

Support the planning coordination and execution of strategic site-wide initiatives in areas such as Operational Excellence Compliance Workforce Strategy and Digitalization.

Prepare presentations reports dashboards and communication materials for leadership meetings (SLT SteerCo Project Teams).

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from Operations Quality HR Finance and more

Qualifications - Education and Experience :

Bachelors or Masters student in Business Administration Engineering Life Sciences Economics or a related field.

Strong interest in project management operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English (German is a plus).

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word); experience with data tools (Power BI Miro Smartsheet) is an advantage.

Proactive mindset strong ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work across functions.

Qualifications - Skills :

Strong interest in project management operational excellence and strategic initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word); experience with data tools is an advantage. Proactive mindset strong ownership and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work across functions. A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry Very good German and English skills other languages are a plus
