JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our team at the Schaffhausen office. In this role, you’ll support a variety of HR responsibilities, from managing daily operations to contributing to initiatives that shape our employee experience in an international and dynamic organization.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, values attention to detail, and is eager to grow into a senior HR role. If you’re looking to build your career in a collaborative and people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON :
- Assist employees with administrative needs and provide guidance and training to managers on HR processes and policies
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Talent Lead to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, and onboarding processes
- Lead employee development programs, advise people leaders on HR topics, and collaborate with the HR team on key initiatives
- Manage work permits, payroll updates, employee documentation, and timekeeping while ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws
- Prepare reports for Finance and Swiss Government
