StellenbeschreibungUniversity degree preferably in marketing / market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar A first experience in market research is expected, ideally 2-years including intern / apprenticeships within Market research agencies Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills Experience or strong interest in the Innovation field : product testing, concept and pack…. Accountable for actions, commitment to meeting the expectations Ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to the client. Ability to work in a team, flexibility and creativity Collaborative and supportive mindset Quick learner and independent in the context of an activity Strong communication skills Excellent English skills, French / German is an advantage Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
The Research Manager will have the following main responsibilities :
- Work very closely together with other team members as well as vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects for key international clients
- Contribute to client meetings and interface with clients on project related matters under guidance of senior team members
- Liaise with vendors, manage, and monitor fieldwork
- Analyze quantitative data and help craft compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations that showcase Ipsos's thought leadership
- Attend and participate in client presentations
- Support other project team members in client servicing during the project cycle
- Become an expert in Innovation research, learning Ipsos methodologies and philosophy to be seen as a trusted Innovation advisor.
