Rejoignez une équipe dynamique de trois personnes où vous aurez un rôle clé dans la gestion du service après-vente. Vous serez en charge des interactions clients, du dépannage à distance en français et en suisse allemand, ainsi que de la facturation et de l’expédition des services de réparation.

Vos missions principales :

  • Gérer de manière complète les retours des clients, partenaires et filiales.
  • Assurer le contact client par e-mail et téléphone (suisse allemand requis) et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins.
  • Effectuer un premier niveau de dépannage technique à distance, en collaboration avec le support technique et le coordinateur de premier niveau.
  • Saisir les informations essentielles dans le CRM afin d’assurer un suivi rigoureux et une bonne traçabilité des dossiers.
  • Apporter un soutien technique à l’équipe commerciale.
  • Passer les commandes pour le remplacement des pièces défectueuses.
  • Gérer la facturation et l’expédition des commandes dans l’ERP.
  • Superviser les prêts de matériel en l’absence du responsable.
  • Participer ponctuellement à la réception, la désinfection et l’enregistrement des appareils.
  • Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue du service en participant aux plans d’action.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les consignes de sécurité.

Profil recherché :

  • Bilingue en suisse allemand, avec un très bon niveau de français.
  • Expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement industriel et / ou technique.
  • Excellente maîtrise des systèmes ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) et CRM.
  • Sens du service, réactivité et flexibilité, avec de solides compétences relationnelles.
