Responsibilities : You would work in the account organization of one the largest and most strategic clients in Switzerland and report directly to the Client Account Director. As part of a team of three Account Managers, you would be the most senior person in the team and with the responsibility to build the relationships with the client at the highest decision level (C-Level, VP-Level), but as well at a more operational level with technical experts and managers. You would cover the complete product portfolio of the company, which spans network equipment, IT infrastructure and cloud solutions. In this role you will have a close collaboration with technical pre-sales teams and the project delivery teams. The role can be either be based in Bern or in Zurich. You are expected to work on both sites (both company sites and key account sites) and commute between Zurich and Bern on a regular basis (day trips). There is not a fixed percentage of time you would work in Bern or Zurich. There is a dynamic commercial relationship with this key account and we expect flexibility and versatility to accommodate to this scenario. Candidate Profile : We are looking for a senior professional, with at least 15 years of professional experience in the ICT market, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior key account management type of role. This role requires a technical background in a technology related discipline (IT, Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering) and a solid understanding of Telecom and / or IT infrastructure solutions. Previous experience serving customers in the telecom sector or working for a telecom operator or a telecom vendor is the preferred sector background. In terms of skills, we are looking for somebody who is reliable, well organized, an excellent communicator, and able to manage and influence internal stakeholders in a matrix organization. Fluent German / Swiss-German skills are a must. Proficient English skills are a must. Availability to commute to Zurich and Bern on a regular basis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
