Trainee IT System Engineer (80-100%)

What You Will Do

• Design ITIL CMDB inventory management for device change management
• Assist in IAM (identity & access management) activities like role definitions in MyAccess
• Contribute in building up knowledge base articles that support SDX employees in day-to-day work
• Coordinate documentation of SDX's application architecture (Troux, Confluence, SEDO...)
• Develop automated responses on a ITSM solution based on reported incidents

What You Bring

• Data science, computer science student or recent graduate
• Familiar with cloud technologies like, Microsoft Azure or similar, and networking fundamentals
• Familiar with ITIL, especially incident, change processes and IAM experience
• Willingness to collaborate and work autonomously paired with good time management skills
• Quick learner, curious about new technology and strong interest in the latest developments in the financial industry.
