Role Overview :
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of NetGuardians in Continental Europe.
You will be responsible for promoting our AML & Fraud prevention solution, developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers and partners, and fostering existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
You demonstrate exceptional proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, and closing, coupled with outstanding presentation abilities.
You embody the quintessential qualities of a seasoned and accomplished sales professional. Your adeptness in engaging with stakeholders and innate teamwork make you a valuable asset capable of seamlessly collaborating with highly skilled teams.

Key Responsibilities :
- Define, plan, and execute the sales strategy and Go-To-Market approach for your territory.
- Identify and acquire direct prospects, assessing sales opportunities, and nurturing relationships.
- Grow sales opportunities within your territory and existing customer base.
- Expand our partner network by acquiring new partners.
- Deliver accurate business metrics, forecasts, and pipeline development reports.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of successful experience in selling software solutions in the banking or financial industry.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in a software house.
- Established network within the banking industry is a strong asset.
- Experience in the FRAML solution industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English, and proficiency in at least one other European language. German language skills will be an asset.
- Ability to work remotely from your home location and travel regularly to our HQ office located in Switzerland.
