The IT support technician position is to assist with the day-to-day support of users, systems and infrastructure and help in growing IT services portfolio both locally and at corporate level.

This to ensure IT meets all business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • 1st & 2nd line user support and administration
  • Assist in roll out of new hardware / software from procurement through to delivery.
  • Manage user onboarding / offboarding requirements.
  • ITSM Incident ticket management
  • General Network / Infrastructure Support
  • Assist were necessary with any IT led corporate initiatives.

Essential

  • 18-24 months experience within an IT user / infrastructure environment.
  • Working knowledge of the latest windows operating systems
  • Experience in working with Office 365
  • Driving License would be of benefit.
  • Ability to converse competently in English is essential.

Desirable

  • Active Directory / Group Policy administration
  • Networking - TCP / IP
  • Window Server technology
  • SaaS based application support.
  • Virtualized environments
  • French, German or Italian language skills would be an advantage.
