The IT support technician position is to assist with the day-to-day support of users, systems and infrastructure and help in growing IT services portfolio both locally and at corporate level.
This to ensure IT meets all business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- 1st & 2nd line user support and administration
- Assist in roll out of new hardware / software from procurement through to delivery.
- Manage user onboarding / offboarding requirements.
- ITSM Incident ticket management
- General Network / Infrastructure Support
- Assist were necessary with any IT led corporate initiatives.
Essential
- 18-24 months experience within an IT user / infrastructure environment.
- Working knowledge of the latest windows operating systems
- Experience in working with Office 365
- Driving License would be of benefit.
- Ability to converse competently in English is essential.
Desirable
- Active Directory / Group Policy administration
- Networking - TCP / IP
- Window Server technology
- SaaS based application support.
- Virtualized environments
- French, German or Italian language skills would be an advantage.
