Your profile :
- At least 15 years of hands-on Project Management experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing setting.
- Education background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- You are a natural team builder with a track record of fostering strong, collaborative teams. If this is your first leadership role, you have the potential and passion to grow into it.
- Fluency in German and English
- You have got experience with Contract Management (both Customer and Supplier) and understand the intricacies of managing risks in a project setting.

- Own the Project Portfolio : Align the project portfolio with our strategic goals, ensuring that every initiative supports long-term success.
- Build Strong Relationships : Be the go-to contact for clients, suppliers, team members, and senior management. Your communication and relationship management skills will ensure smooth collaboration and transparency at every stage.
- Manage Risks with Confidence : Identify and mitigate risks early on, particularly during the sales phase, to guarantee smooth execution and project success.
- Champion Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to refine processes, enhance methodologies, and drive operational efficiency across the board.
