Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

• Job Description*You are responsible for product development (from idea to series production) for the Wood & Metal Drilling - Accessories product segments.
• You develop and improve analytics and test procedures.* The Implementation and coordination of product tests as well as evaluation of the results is part of your work.
• You proactively participate in product manufacturing process projects and launch teams.* With your technical background you research and analyze relevant technical information and patents to derive concepts.
• You are curious of understanding our customers and market needs (UX) and derive technical features from it.* With your open personality you closely cooperate with product management / marketing in cross-functional teams and with external partners (manufacturers, universities, engineering companies, standardization committees).
• Qualifications Education : * Bachelor or Master Degree in the field of mechanical engineering or technical studies*Experience and know-how : *At least 3 years professional experience in a similar position, experience with manufacturing processes and product development projects, knowledge in 3D modelling preferably ProE / Creo, experience in measuring technology and test methods*Personality and working style : *Very good analytical and self-organization skills, high solution orientation and creativity, hands-on mentality and interest in craft activities, entrepreneurial mindset*Willingness to travel : *5-10%*Languages : *Excellent in German and English*Additional Information*Home office possibility, mobility bonus, flexible working time, fair compensation, opportunities for further trainings.
