A successful organisation operating in the banking sector is currently searching for a committed Teamhead Relationship Manager to join the sales and customer consulting team in Zurich.

In your new role, you will provide comprehensive advice to clients and manage a small team of RMs..

Your main responsibilities as a Relationship Manager will be :

  • Takeover of an existing and established customer book
  • Comprehensive support and advice for private banking clients from Netherlands Belgium and Luxembourg in the investment business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and revenue
  • Leading the team and further developing the market
  • Offer expert financial advice, utilizing a comprehensive suite of banking products
  • Market full range of banking products and services for maximum profitability
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Integrating your existing network into the existing structures in the team
  • Developing client-specific investment proposals in line with defined investment strategies (with the support of internal specialists)
  • Fulfilment of demanding representation tasks / customer events

Your profile :

  • Several years of experience in acquiring, selling, advising and supporting private banking clients in the Benelux Market
  • Completed banking diploma and / or business management training and / or further education (master’s degree)
  • Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation
  • You possess commercial awareness
  • You have good communication and written skills in German, English and preferably in Dutch
  • You are a reliable, committed and strong acquisition personality
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish professional realtionships quickly, as well as show willingness to travelling
