We are looking for an experienced Senior PLM Consultant.

Job description

Consulting : Organization and lead of a consulting team able to shape business requirements, value and create Business Cases

Organises and executes customer facing workshops

Drives the business transformation aspects of the programme : Communications plan, training, internal programme politics

Reports to the business the progress of the programme and create a positive mood around it.

Has driven a consulting team on large PLM programmes

Participate to the top governance of the programme and ensure a human transformation is ongoing and positive

Makes sure of the peoples alignment to the programme objectives and facilitate the change

Your profile

Masters or Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering discipline

Very communicative, mastering PPTs, roadmaps, business cases, business transformation, change management plan, training plans , conducting workshops
