We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a System Verification Specialist (Medical Devices).
The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton (with good home office allowance).
Your Role :
- Define system verification strategies for mechatronic medical systems.
- Create test documentation on system & subsystem level & partly also on component level (test plans, test cases, test scripts, summary reports).
- Review sub-system & system requirements & ensure their verifiability.
- Coordinate the provision of test infrastructure at all verification levels.
- Coordinate responsible verification employees from other areas such as development, software testing & internal & external service providers.
- Introduce & develop existing verification methods, processes & tools.
- Provide system configuration & product release support.
Your Skills :
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a System Verification Specialist or in a similar associated function (Systems Engineer / Verification Engineer / Validation Engineer).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Specification, Design, Documentation & Verification of Mechatronic Products.
- Skilled in Defining & Coordinating Test Strategies for the Verification & Release of Mechatronic Products.
- Accustomed to quickly recognizing Interrelationships of System Architecture.
- Skills & experience in Design Verification is considered a strong plus.
- Ideally experienced within the Medical Technology Sector or other Highly Regulated Environments.
- Any experience in the area of FDA & EMA regulations is considered highly beneficial.
Your Profile :
- Completed University Degree with Specialization in Electrical, Micro, System or Medical Engineering or similar.
- Confident, communicative, motivated & both team & solution-oriented.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written), German language skills are considered a plus.
