Formation achevée dans la branche des assurances (conseiller financier / conseillère financière diplômé(e) IAF ou conseiller financier / conseillère financières avec brevet fédéral) constitue un atout- Leadership et forte motivation à mener les conseillers et conseillères en prévoyance vers le succès tout en faisant figure d’exemple dans la vente- Personnalité enthousiaste et engageante dotée de solides compétences sociales et de vente- Forte motivation et mode de travail bien organisé, axé sur les objectifs- Aptitude à communiquer, sens de la négociation et grande orientation vers la clientèle
