Project Coordinator - Pricing & Quotation Business Reference Group
Within the Commerce & Operation teams and under its governance and methodology guidelines, the Program Management Officer (PMO) is to work with Geneva program’s staff and offshore teams to ensure governance process is followed.
Reporting to the Commerce & Operations Director, the PMO will play a key role in streamlining projects across various departments, ensuring that they align with the company’s goals and objectives.
The PMO will work closely with senior executives and project managers to provide oversight and support throughout the lifecycle of a project.
He / she will ensure implementation of standard processes, methodologies, and monitoring for the entire program and across all the MSC technology offices.
He / she will be directly exposed to Senior Management and will make a significant contribution to the decision-making process by preparing detailed analysis and briefs.
Some of Key responsibilities (not limited to)
- Prepare briefs and analysis on key strategic decisions for the Senior Management
- Administrate program management tools (Ex : SharePoint; Azure DevOps; PowerBI; Excel)
- Maintain guides, templates and project portfolio dashboard and tools to help Project Managers follow the PMO procedure
- Support program monitoring (timelines, deliverables, and implementation)
- Organize meetings and events
- Maintain Commerce & Operations administrative documents & applications
- Contribute to RFP and vendors selection processes
- Produce Project Demands and corporate presentations of Commerce & Operations
- Ensure corporate process and procedures are followed by team
- Support effective communication with program team and all involved stakeholders
- Liaise with CIO PMO office as well as other PMOs in connection to Commerce & Operations
Required skills.
- Previous experience in one of BIG4.
- At least 4 years of PMO or project management experience.
- Experience in IT project development.
- Good experience of SharePoint (Office 365) and Azure Devops
- Knowledge of Visual Studio.
- MS Office Products (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- PMI, Prince 2, MSP, or any PM relevant certification is an asset.
- Excellent communications skills (at any hierarchical level).
- Highly structured and results oriented.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent C1 min or Native English a must.
- You are eligible to work in Switzerland, EU or Swiss citizenship or valid work permit. No Sponsorship for candidate outside of EU.
PLEASE NOTE : That 2 travels a year to Chennai are required for this position.
