Lead Full-Stack Developer – InsurTech (DE)

Our partner is a Swiss InsurTech leader providing state-of-the-art financial analytics and digital workflows to a diverse client base, including insurers, brokers, and pension funds.

They are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to their B2C and B2B clients and are now searching for a dedicated Senior Software Engineer to help propel their offerings to new heights.

Your Role

• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated full-stack applications, working on both front-end and back-end components as needed.
• Collaborate closely with financial experts and clients, contributing to important architectural decisions and developing key features.
• Engage with their advanced financial modeling engine to drive precision and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote code quality and best practices.
• Play a crucial role in enhancing their tech platform, helping to push its capabilities forward.

Your Profile

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of practical experience in software development.
• Strong interest in finance and financial modeling.
• Fluent in English, with native-level German proficiency as a plus.
• Passionate about technology and new advancements.
• Proficiency in functional programming and multiple programming languages (such as C#, Java, Python, Go); F# knowledge is a plus.
