Tasks As an IT support specialist, you provide support and operate several duties related to end-users' IT environment that includes : End-user systems management : Deployment of end-user hardware and software using supplied installation instructions and tools, including handover to end-users.
Follow up of end-user equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal Identification, recording, categorization, investigation and prioritization of incidents and requests related to end-users' environment Support IT-related tasks connected to our offices in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich Corporate IT support & management : Administration, maintenance and improvements of corporate applications Administration of corporate IT infrastructure (Local Network, Printers, Small Devices) Access rights management Requirements Bachelor in computer science or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in similar functions Proven experience of administrating Linux, Mac and Windows workstations Experience with Azure administration (including Office 365, Sharepoint, Intune, Windows defender) Knowledge (incl.
