What You’ll Do :

  • Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and aligned with the latest UI / UX trends.
  • Conduct user research and behavior analysis to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and design specifications.
  • Test and optimize existing solutions for usability and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement designed solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain visual and functional consistency of the platform according to brand guidelines.
  • Multitask effectively between new and past projects.
  • Work closely with engineering and commercial teams to ensure CPaaS product alignment with business and technological objectives.
  • Report and escalate issues to the Head of Development as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

What We Expect :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar UI / UX design role.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
  • Ability to conduct user research and analyze results.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio of UI / UX projects for review.
  • Communication in English.

Will be a plus :

  • Experience working on CPaaS platforms or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS.
