Job Description
- Financial Projections & Planning : Develop financial forecasts, budgets, cash forecasts and strategic projections to support decision-making;
- Reporting & Analysis : Consolidate financial reports across different locations, providing insights, variance analyses, and actionable recommendations;
- Risk Management & Red Flags : Identify financial irregularities and potential risks, providing timely red-flag alerts to senior management;
- Oversight of Local Teams : Supervise work performed by local accounting, fiduciary and legal staff;
- Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate closely with internal teams and external advisors to maintain transparency and ensure alignment with family office objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or Master in Finance, accounting or related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Big 4, a family office, corporate finance or similar role
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication and ability to be assertive and demanding.

The role will require occasional travel (20% of the time) within Europe.
