You will be responsible for the following tasks : Developing strategic sales plans to acquire new customers in all insurance areas and implementing these plans by means of creative and effective sales methods Responsibility for the entire sales process, from generating leads to creating and presenting offers to negotiating and concluding contracts in close cooperation with our highly competent experts and marketing team Further development of the value proposition for our solutions and positioning them on the market together with our marketing team Expanding and maintaining your network in the Swiss insurance market as a relationship manager and business trust advisor Systematically maintaining contacts with relevant experts, partners, universities, associations, regulators, etc.

to identify important trends and opportunities Utilizing synergies with our innovation team and communicating the benefits and potential of corresponding solutions to clients What we're looking for Higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or in the insurance industry At least five years' experience in the field of sales and business development within the insurance industry Experience in selling complex software solutions and familiarity with the aspects of modern software development and agile collaboration Established network with decision-makers in the Swiss insurance market Deep understanding of the terms value proposition and USP and strong ability in communicating the benefits of solutions and identifying the corresponding need Expert handling of the omnichannel purchasing behavior of our customers and of the various channels (social media, MarCom, consultants, etc.

Proactivity, self-sufficiency, and a team player mentality Experience in management consulting with a focus on technology solutions in the financial sector a plus Fluent communication in German and English, French a plus Sharp minds, good vibes We are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
