Key Responsibilities

• Email Management : Filter incoming emails, handle them directly when possible, or forward them to the appropriate team members.
• Project Oversight : Maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects, understanding who is responsible for each task.
• Project Insight : Gain a thorough understanding of projects to independently address customer inquiries.
• Project Monitoring : Track the progress of ongoing projects, including the status of individual tasks.
• Timeline Management : Assess project timelines to ensure goals are realistic and achievable.
• Budget Management : Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Customer Interaction : Communicate with customers to clarify minor adjustments or requests and update Asana accordingly.
• Task Prioritization : Prioritize tasks in collaboration with the customer.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English (minimum C1 level).
