Main goal

The Campus Security Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of UEFA’s campus security, occupational health and safety, and access control.

The Campus Security Manager collaborates with local authorities, external contractors and internal security staff to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Key responsibilities

Campus security

• Overseeing UEFA’s overall campus security, health and safety in the workplace and access management while coordinating security teams
• Administering the badge access control system and video surveillance, and ensuring ongoing training for security staff members
• Ensuring and coordinating the security of all events happening on UEFA’s campus
• Managing security assets in collaboration with the infrastructure team and ensuring the compliance of all facilities
• Preparing contracts with external security providers, ensuring the compliance of those contracts and managing security-related budgets
• Conducting security audits and identifying areas for improvement
• Acting as UEFA's main point of contact for the local authorities and external contractors

Health and safety

• Ensuring compliance with applicable fire safety standards, creating evacuation plans, implementing procedures and organising drills
• Designing safety training programmes and promoting continuous awareness among staff
• Assessing & developing emergency procedures and incident-response plans to ensure the safety of the campus and of our workforce traveling for events
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local and national safety regulations
• Collaborating closely with the human resources unit regarding occupational health and safety matters

Requirements

Experience :

• At least five years of experience in a similar position in an international environment
• Experience of managing an external security workforce

Education :

Recognised safety officer qualification (e.g. Diplôme de Chargé de Securité AEAI & MSST)

Languages :

• English : Proficient
• French : Proficient
