PMO - Program Management Officer
You will support our Human Resources and in particular the HR Tech team in successfully executing strategic projects, establishing project management standards and ensure adherence to the timelines to meet the ultimate goal.
Your contribution to KPMG
- Coordinate and administer internal strategic projects in HR with connection to the merger and with regards to overall planning, time management, scope management, financial management etc.
- Support the Transformation Program Manager and the Project Managers in overseeing and managing multiple projects and managing their interdependencies.
- Implement agile methodologies and a governance framework including risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among all initiatives and with key stakeholders (regular status updates, progress reports, and meetings).
- Track the progress and performance of sub-workstreams, addressing any issues swiftly to maintain program momentum.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for comprehensive documentation and dashboard reporting, ensuring a consistent and accessible record of the transformation journey.
- Provide trainings and coaching for team members to enhance agile project management skills and competencies.
This is what makes you successful
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of project management and as a strategic or operational PMO
- Proficient in project / program management using agile methodologies with expertise in aligning multiple workstreams within transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience defining project scope and objectives.
- Skilled in using Azure DevOps for tracking progress, documentation, and reporting within large-scale projects.
- Excellent and proven skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English, proficient German will be a strong asset
