Our new Contract Manager will be working with the Lausanne & Zurich branches... exciting!

As Contract Manager your responsibility is to secure that Academic Work signs strategically important and profitable frame agreements in terms of gross profit and overall terms.

Descriptif des tâches

  • Project lead Academic Work's offers, pricing strategies, terms, client presentations and negotiations related to frame agreement signings.
  • Project lead and drive each co-worker involved in Academic Work’s negotiations related to frame agreements through regular meetings and making sure that the meetings (agenda) are decisive, filled with dynamic discussions, relevant content and to-dos for each co-worker involved in the tender.
  • Work for best practice by continuously developing templates, process documents and administrative processes related to frame agreements, presentations, and tenders
  • Reach target levels for the process goals & KPI : s for the Contract Dept.
  • Negotiate and sign profitable frame agreements for Academic Work
  • Lead and develop the Contract Dept.
  • Develop new business opportunities in cooperation with colleagues
  • Secure implementation and sharing of best practice
  • Ensure management succession find your replacement
  • Act as a role model in living our core values

Nous recherchons

  • Min 3 years of experience from strategic sales, purchasing or strategic contract positions, were you have held negotiations and participated in client meetings
  • At least Bachelor degree
  • Experience in negotiations towards external clients, and experience from writing and reviewing contract agreement texts
  • Very good knowledge in English, French, and German both written and spoken.
  • Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office, and especially in Excel
  • Experience in Public Procurement is a plus
