IT PMO Azure Devops (ADO)

IT PMO with financial controlling experience and Azure Devops (ADO) vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector .

Your tasks :

• Supporting Head of Change Delivery in organizing Change Board Meetings and Transformation Delivery meetings
• Coordinating vendor invoice process and assisting project managers in planning and controlling individual projects
• Assisting in budgeting, financial control, and reporting for the transformation portfolio
• Identifying project interdependencies, and ensuring adherence to inter-project commitments
• Managing onboarding and offboarding of consultants and external staff
• Providing staff overview and allocation for both internal and external resources on the Transformation Portfolio

Your experience / knowledge :

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in financial controlling
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), with a focus on development steering
• Project management certification
• In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and practices
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or any other relevant field
• Language skills : English and German fluent in written and spoken
