What are we looking for?
Job Responsibilities
- As a member of the demand program management team within Digital, SalesSystems & Omnichannel, you ensure the delivery of software / system rollouts and changes in the context of a IT modernization program specifically in the area of frontend solutions and the implementation of new direct sales strategies, such as Omnichannel
- Overall budget and schedule accountability for solution rollouts and implementation of new functionalities in existing solutions
- Overall collaboration & communication accountability across organisational units
- Orchestrating all involved parties (incl. external partners)
- Creating ONE team with all involved members
- Tight collaboration & alignment with scope and strategy counterparts, user experience, IT counterparts, country experts, etc.
Your Profile
Extensive project management experience specifically for software / systems rollout and implementation in agile context, ideally for Web applications in the SAP application context (SAP CDC, or SAP BTP) ->
nice to have consultancy background
- Overall responsibility for a delivery set-up for 5-10 years (including budget, scheduling, scope management, delivery partner management, team communication)
- Experience with complex systems, regardless of which systems are involved. The ability to use this experience effectively in the context of agile software development is crucial
- Project management skills, such as those demonstrated through Prince or PMI certifications
- Agile expertise, including Scrum Master or Product Owner certification, with 5-10 years of experience working in agile environments, ideally in various roles
- A hands-on active team player who fosters a supportive environment, is accountable and authentic, excels in communication and collaboration, and can distill / aggregate critical information to guide the team effectively
