For our client, a leading company in the Pharma industry in Visp, we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst.

General Information : In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering dashboards and KPIs, including analysis, to support and improve business performance.

Start Date : ASAP End Date : 31.12.2024 - Extension possible Location : Visp, Valais Workload : 100% - 41h per week - 3 days on site Languages : English Tasks and Responsibilities : Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of the client’s business objectives and data to create dashboards, KPIs, and operational actions that drive critical success factors, enhancing the client’s competitiveness Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to help prioritize and make sense of key issues Translate data into breakthrough initiative proposals using existing governance models Identify when performance may not align with business objectives, acting as a key communication link to resolve or escalate issues Lead or participate in multiple complex initiatives simultaneously to successful conclusions Act as a change leader by demonstrating public commitment to change and helping others embrace it.

Connect multiple data sources using Power BI, SAP BW, and other tools to publish reports and KPIs. Conduct interviews to gather business requirements / needs via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.

Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis for meaningful new business tools. Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements comprehensible to developers / project teams.

Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure data reliability. Define reporting and alerting governance models and report performance.

Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes, developing proposals to enhance or further leverage business performance.

Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure correct interpretation. Assist in interpreting requirements into feasible options and communicate these back to business stakeholders.

Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide developers. Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforcing and redefining as necessary.

Develop relationships with partners, working to optimize and enhance systems integration. Report on common technical issues or questions, making recommendations to key stakeholders.

Communicate key insights and findings to all organizational layers. Constantly look for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the business.

Document processes and tasks according to cGMP and ISO 9001 standards. Your Profile : Minimum 5 years of working experience in highly regulated industry, preferably Biotech or Pharmaceutical Minimum 5 years of experience with Dashboard and KPIs Strong experience in E2E Supply Chain in a manufacturing site Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP BW, Power BI, SQL Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PMI) certifications are considered a big plus Fluent English, German is a plus
