The Business Analyst joining our team willbe at the heart of our operations, collaborating with stakeholders to identifyand overcome challenges.
Your expertise in problem-solving and creativity willdrive the implementation of technological solutions and process improvements,ensuring we meet our business objectives with precision.
We are seeking a candidate who will play akey role in providing innovative IT solutions, shaping our IT landscape,adapting to ongoing changes and providing comprehensive support tostakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Engagewith ISO / CS business leaders, product owners and end-users to understand howchanges to processes, products and services can improve efficiencies -balancing what’s technologically feasible, financially sustainable andfunctionally reasonable
- Lead / participate in thebusiness analysis planning and monitoring business analysis activities invarious IT-related projects
- Work closely with thedevelopment team, to validate solution designs and be the main contact todiscuss functional requirements
- Lead / assistin elicitation, requirements analysis and design definition, solutionevaluation activities
- Identifyand prioritize technical and functional requirements. Develop and maintain product specifications
- Qualityassurance activities such as testing and coordinating user acceptance testing
- Produceand maintain resources that support end-users to use ISO products or servicesefficiently
Report to : Headof Projects and Support, Information Technology Services (ITS)
Qualification and Experience
- Formalcertification in the field of business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other)
- Experienceusing business analysis best practices, working as / or with IT product ownersand translating business requirements into functional specifications in thecontext of IT products
- Abilityto use data modelling techniques to identify ways in which current processescan operate more effectively
- Experiencewith both agile and waterfall project management methodologies

- Solidanalytical thinking and problem-solving mindset and ability to exploredifferent solutions, their risks, benefits and impact
- Confidentworking with complex data, systems and processes
- Teamplayer with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with peopleat all levels of an organization
- Tech savvy and solid understanding of AI models and how to include them appropriately in applications
- Strong written communication (functional specifications, user guides, user stories etc.)
- Excellenttime management and organizational skills
- English(oral & written communication) required. French is a plus
