- Investment Analysis : Build financial models, conduct valuations, and create investment memos.
- Market Research & Due Diligence : analyze industries, assess market trends, and screen potential deals.
- Transaction Support : Assist with deal structuring, negotiation, and coordination.
- Portfolio Management : Monitor and report on portfolio performance, supporting value creation strategies.
- Bachelor or Master in Finance, economics or related field
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within an investment bank, corporate finance department or transaction services department of a Big 4
- Fluent in French and English
