Our client is expanding the Quality Department and isseeking an experienced Quality Engineer.

In this position, you will bereporting to the Safety, Quality, and Security Manager and play akey role in maintaining and enhancing the quality assuranceprocesses for critical software, especially in the safety andsecurity domains.

Moreover, you will work closely with themanagement team to ensure that quality standards meet both internaland industry-specificrequirements.

Responsibilities :

• Maintainthe Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO9001 : 2015 and ISO 27001 : 2022 standards.
• Supportthe implementation of regulatory compliance measures in line withcurrent and future EASA standards within the Air Traffic Controlindustry.
• Propose and implement continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance operationalefficiency.
• Advocate for a safety-first culturewithin the team through coaching, training, and promoting internalquality processes.
• Ensure that qualitystandards are met through diligent Quality Assuranceefforts.
• Conduct internal audits in line withISO 9001 and ISO 27001standards.

DesiredProfile :

• Bachelor or Master inAerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering orequivalent
• Strong background in IntegratedManagement Systems, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and compliance in softwaredevelopment within safety-criticalindustries.
• Familiarity with EASA certificationin aerospace industries.
• Experience withsoftware development processes in safety-criticalenvironments.
• Previous exposure to theaerospace or air traffic control sectors isrequired.
• Knowledge of standards such asED-153, ED-109, DO-178, and DO-254 is a significantadvantage.
• High analytical capacity,adaptability, autonomy, and a service-orientedmindset.
• High resilience to stress andflexibility to work under tightdeadlines.
• Experience with Agiledevelopment methodologies.
• Fluent inwritten and spoken French andEnglish.
