We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Sustainability Controller .

In this role you will be responsible to manage and support the development of Autoliv’s sustainability reporting and related processes.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve :

External Sustainability reporting

  • Act as a project manager for the sustainability parts of Autoliv’s annual & sustainability report production and coordinate the data collection from all areas.
  • Support preparation of the annual impact reports for Autoliv’s green / sustainability bonds.
  • Produce the Autoliv annual Modern Slavery Statement / other needed corporate level sustainability statements.
  • Participate as a key team member to the project aiming to ensure Autoliv’s readiness to meet the upcoming CSRD and SEC climate disclosure requirements.
  • Monitor development and assess the business impacts of external reporting frameworks, regulations and practices.

Internal Sustainability Reporting

Prepare quarterly sustainability & environmental progress reports for management.

Sustainability reporting definitions & processes

In coordination with Group Finance, further develop and maintain Autoliv’s internal reporting standard / manual and processes.

Environmental data management

  • Validate & consolidate environmental data for annual report & quarterly reports for management.
  • Support Green factory assessments and related data management.
  • Coordinate and maintain updated emissions factors.

ESG communication

  • Coordinate Autoliv CDP response & responses to key sustainability ratings.
  • Collaborate with IR, to develop Autoliv’s ESG communication materials (QA’s, ppt’s etc.).
  • Maintain the sustainability content at autoliv.com and intranet up-to-date.

and if you have / are :

  • Masters in Finance & Accounting, Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or other relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of relevant sustainability reporting standards and regulatory frameworks, such as CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure rule, TCFD and GHG Protocol.
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Strong working knowledge of excel and financial and / or sustainability reporting solutions. Knowledge on other solutions such as Power BI is an asset.
