IT Project Manager

Job Description :

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Main Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team Coordination : Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration among team members.
• Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that financial targets are met.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Stakeholder Communication : Regularly update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes.

Profile Sought :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : 5+ years of experience in project management within the IT sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications : PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.

g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
