  • Organising meetings on- and off-site
  • Handling Office Management tasks including incoming mail, managing office supplies etc.
  • Preparing presentations, documents and correspondences in German, English and Spanish
  • Providing calendar management to the Executive Director
  • Further education in relevant field
  • First experiences in a similar position
  • Fluent in German, English and Spanish
  • Proficient user of MS Office; especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Pro-active and service oriented work approach
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
