- Preparing presentations, documents and correspondences in German, English and Spanish
- Providing calendar management to the Executive Director
- Further education in relevant field
- First experiences in a similar position
- Fluent in German, English and Spanish
- Proficient user of MS Office; especially Word and PowerPoint
- Pro-active and service oriented work approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills
