The Senior Specialist for OpenBlue Campaigns & Digital Marketing will drive the centralized coordination, development, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns and digital marketing for the Johnson Controls Smart Buildings offerings globally, leveraging the Johnson Controls closed loop marketing program.
How will you do it
Assist in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Johnson Controls OpenBlue value proposition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand market trends.
Work with the content team to develop compelling campaign content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia, in collaboration with the creative team.
Utilize various marketing channels, such as email, social media, web, digital advertising, and events, to reach target audiences.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Optimize campaigns, web strategy and social media posts based on performance data and feedback to improve effectiveness.
Assist in maintaining and updating JCI's website content related to smart building solutions
Support the implementation of webbased marketing campaigns for smart buildings
Help monitor website performance and user experience, reporting issues to the team
Assist in basic SEO tasks and website analytics reporting
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure web content aligns with marketing objectives
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote JCI's smart building solutions
Create and manage a content calendar for all social media channels
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to inform squad strategies
Collaborate with other squad members to ensure integrated marketing campaigns
Manage social media advertising campaigns in coordination with the paid media team
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance campaign strategies.
What we look for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
