Invoice the services according to the contractFollow-up the cashing of the invoices, prepare the necessary remindersPrepare the monthly WIP and quarterly RAF reportsTechnical management of the project
Coordinate the technical options of the projectAssure the technical quality of the projectDecide the options in case of technical conflictHuman resources management of the project
Plan the suitable resources on the projectSupport the project team in its workManage the eventual disputes within the project teamQuality Management of the project
Keep the project file updatedPrepare the Quality Plan of the projectOrganize all the reviews requested by the Quality Management SystemQualifications
Hydropower background and more than 15 years’ work experience from power utilities, engineering companies or power sector consulting companiesOpen mind and enthusiasm about hydropowerHigher professional degree in civil engineering (B.Sc. or higher)Degree in Project Management would be a strong assetPreferably experience in management of hydropower projects, incl. experience in client interaction and capability to meet deadlinesExperience with international contracting (e.g. FIDIC) as well as EPCMWillingness to travel worldwideExcellent report writing, presentation and verbal communication skillsFluency in English.French, German or Italian an asset
