In our analytics team, we turn data into smart decisions. Our mission : generating actionable insights into customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and performance to help HolidayCheck grow. As a (Senior) Business Analyst Retail, you’ll partner with our Retail leadership to shape the data foundation of one of our most dynamic business areas – transforming raw data into clarity, strategy and smart process optimization.

Your Tasks

• Analyze sales funnels, customer behavior and operational flows to uncover business opportunities
• Evaluate partner and assortment performance with the right metrics and reports
• Create clear visualizations, dashboards and data models to support strategic and day-to-day decisions
• Provide actionable, data-based recommendations for funnel optimization and business growth
• Track KPIs and business experiments – from design to measurement and interpretation
• Build a deep understanding of the Retail landscape and drive analytics innovation within the team
