Your Tasks

• Perform daily monitoring of the global fleet subscribed to digital aircraft services
• Notify the customer support team when an event is detected and provide necessary input for follow-up actions in all relevant areas including CAMO, predictive maintenance and flight data monitoring
• Inform our branches about the status of their fleets during weekly coordination meetings
• Handle invoicing and financial control of digital service subscription fees
• Prepare, issue and distribute monthly operations reports
• Track investigations and maintenance actions following AOG events with digital relevance and share operational updates with function managers
