Controller (f/m/x)
Vacancy : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to join our Finance & Controlling team on a contract basis.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating, supporting, and analyzing finance processes, specifically focusing on SAP (S4 / HANA) systems and processes.
This position is based in Fribourg.
Missions
Key Responsibilities :
- SAP Key User :
- Act as the key user for SAP (S4 / HANA) processes and systems within the Finance & Controlling department.
- Provide expert support and guidance to ensure optimal use of SAP systems.
- Process Coordination and Support :
- Coordinate, support, and analyze finance and controlling processes.
- Develop and implement optimization concepts and solutions.
- Draft comprehensive documentation related to process improvements and system enhancements.
- Regulatory Compliance :
- Manage intercommunity VAT, and lists to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
Profil du candidat
- Proven experience with SAP (S4 / HANA) processes and systems, preferably in a finance or controlling capacity would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement optimization strategies.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in training and supporting users on SAP systems.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- English is a MUST
