MDPI is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our Corporate Marketing and Communications team. This role will play a key part in planning, managing, and delivering impactful, time-sensitive corporate campaigns that reflect MDPI’s mission and brand within publishing. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Campaign Manager will coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality communications across multiple platforms, supporting campaigns such as International Women’s Day (IWD), Impact Month, Peer Review Week, Open Access Week, the Annual Achievements Report, and additional milestone initiatives as they occur.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead or support the development and execution of MDPI’s corporate campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Develop timelines, project plans, working groups, and creative briefs for each campaign.
- Coordinate messaging, deliverables, and content creation with Communications, Design, Social Media, Internal Comms, and other relevant teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for campaign execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Content Development & Support
- Draft, edit, and support the creation of campaign materials (news and announcements, email, landing pages, internal announcements, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with MDPI tone and communication guidelines.
- Measurement & Reporting
- Track campaign metrics and assist with post-campaign reports and insights.
- Recommend optimizations and improvements for future campaign planning.
