Tasks
- Independent management of client accounting
- Preparation of interim, monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with OR
- Management of financial accounting incl. liquidity planning
- Management of payroll accounting
- Connection of social insurances incl. annual declarations
- Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks / apprentices.lso international)
- Contract management
- Assistance in the compliance process
- Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
- Control of tax assessments and tax invoices
- Support and advice on international and national client mandates
- Making client payments
- Preparing, maintaining and updating client dossiers
- Digital and paper filing
- Preparation of minutes and powers of attorney
- Assistance in setting up / establishing a company
- Participation in internal meetings
- Leading professional presentations for internal training
- Technical management of 2 - 3 clerks / apprentice.
Requirements
