JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a Swiss-based insurance provideroffering both basic and supplementary health insurance, but it also provides coverage for vehicles, household contents, private and small businesses.

Description

• Acquire new customers through a hybrid approach: telephone, virtual consultations, and in-person meetings when needed, especially in the Zurich region.
• Proactively manage and convert leads provided, while also generating your own through networking and referrals.
• Represent the company's values—“appreciative,” “entrepreneurial,” and “enthusiastic”—in every customer interaction to ensure a consistent and positive brand experience.
• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress, ensuring transparency and continuity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (, marketing, underwriting, and product specialists) to tailor solutions and campaigns to customer needs.
• Participate in regional sales initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and customer engagement models.

What sets you apart:

• You bring several years of hands-on consulting experience in the Swiss insurance market, ideally with a focus on health and pension products.
• You hold a recognised qualification such as VBV or IAF and are committed to continuous professional development.
• You are confident in both warm lead conversion and outbound prospecting, with a proven ability to adapt your approach to different customer types.
• You are fluent in German and ideally have working knowledge of French, Italian, or English to serve a diverse client base.
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline and customer relationships.
• You are self-motivated, structured, and thrive in a performance-driven environment where customer satisfaction and results go hand in hand.
