In this position, you will be responsible for our leading brand’s marketing plan, working in close collaboration with all key business and functional areas. You will translate brand, product (line), and commercial strategy into a quarterly rolling 12-month plan covering product launches and marketing campaign activities to achieve profitable revenue growth for the business. In this position you report directly to the Senior Director Commercial Marketing.
Your tasks
- Collaborate with the brand leadership team to align the organization around commercial strategy, marketing plan, key priorities, targets, and execution calendar - both from a portfolio and market perspective
- Shape rolling campaign planning that aligns global and local priorities to fulfill business targets, and adjust in agile fashion to external or internal changes
- Create campaign briefs, including segmentation and targeting, opportunity sizing, business case, and KPIs
- Collaborate with campaign leads (launch and non-launch) to ensure global campaigns remain aligned with the intent of the marketing plan, are actionable at Group Company (GC) level, and build on each other to tell a coherent story throughout the year
- Ensure local plans are aligned with brand strategy, positioning, and roadmap
- Consolidate the estimated impact of the marketing plan and activities; monitor actual performance against targets and support campaign managers and GCs in identifying and driving countermeasures to achieve stated objectives
- Act as the primary interface for GCs into the global brand organization
- Channel GC feedback to the global team
- Facilitate cross-GC best practice sharing
Your profile
Audiological degreeFurther education in Business, Marketing / MBA is preferred8+ years working in regional or global marketing and / or sales roles in the hearing aid industryCurrent or previous local sales responsibility preferredWork experience in B2C hearing care environment preferredHands-on experience with integrated B2B and B2B2C marketing programs and campaignsFamiliar with Commercial Excellence concepts and tools (targeting, funnel management, pricing and margin management,Business acumen, analytical thinking, and comfort with quantitative tasksHigh degree of independence; self-motivated and disciplined personality with a can-do attitudeOrganized and structured; strong time management and prioritization skillsFlexible and solution-oriented in changing environmentsAbility to influence and assert own viewpoint in a complex matrix environmentFluency in English; strong verbal and written communicationOur offer
