IT Service Manager (80% - 100%)

We are looking for a new colleague (m / f / d) in the Service Management Team who will help us further develop and shape the Technology Platform services together with the team. The Service Manager role at Vontobel is a mix between a Service Manager, Product Owner and Project Manager. We are based in the Technology Platform department and are very close to our customers.

Together with the team you are responsible for supporting IT Service Management for Azure Cloud and Artificial Intelligence services.

What would your role be?

• Managing and evolving services related to Azure Cloud and Artificial Intelligence platforms
• Supporting and driving the standards in Windows, Linux, OpenShift
• Staying open and curious about emerging technologies and evaluating their potential value
• Continuously improving services to deliver added value for Vontobel and its stakeholders and to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Acting as an interface and coordinator between Business, IT Support, IT Engineering, and IT Security
• Creating and maintaining service documentation, user communication, and manuals
• Leading contract negotiations with external suppliers and managing associated costs
• Taking a proactive role in Problem Management, including leading or participating in task forces
• Leading or co-leading service-related projects from initiation to implementation
