Stellenbeschreibung10+ years´ experience in Semiconductor Industry, including 5-10 years of software program management experience Familiarity with semiconductor product development cycles and software project management tools and techniques Breadth of software development experience across enablement, tools, platform-HW, embedded systems, Linux, RTOS and drivers Direct involvement in commercial engagements, in the shape of requirements gathering, status reporting and issue management Capable of defining and managing schedules for multiple software development projects to ensure on-time, controlled execution Can lead cross-functional teams through priority setting, effective decision making and driving accountability Management of change and risk Drives commercial value of software development in terms of cost-benefit analysis and feature monetization Effective communication in technical and commercial domains to internal and external audiences
