Head of HR (h / f / x)

Vos missions

• As Head of HR, you are responsible for leading the Human Resources department of Liebherr Machines Bulle SA (approx. 1500 employees) . Together with your team, you ensure a high-quality HR service throughout the entire employee lifecycle and deliver value-adding solutions by implementing and continuously developing the strategic HR roadmap.
• You act as a sparring partner, coach, and facilitator for the executive leadership and management on all People & Leadership topics. You actively drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
• You design and implement programs to ensure the company has the skills and talent needed to support its business strategy. In close collaboration with divisional and group-level HR teams, you continuously enhance HR services at Liebherr, strengthen HR Business Partnering, and develop Centers of Expertise in both operational and strategic areas.
• You drive HR digitalization, working closely with the IT department, and provide internal control tools and HR analytics based on business needs.
