What you'll do :

• Installing & commissioning parking and mobility solutions : You will implement our modern systems directly at the customer's site – including hardware construction, software configuration and integration into existing infrastructures.
• Analyze & resolve technical malfunctions : You find errors quickly, implement targeted solutions and ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.
• Updating & Expanding Systems : You will install firmware updates, software patches and new functions to ensure that our solutions remain secure, reliable and future-proof.
• Customer Support & Training : You will be a technical contact person, explain complex processes in an understandable way and give practical training directly on site.
• Documentation : You record all changes, installations and maintenance neatly – digitally and traceably.
• Teamwork : You will work closely with technicians and project managers throughout Switzerland and implement project milestones.
• Feedback & Development : You will pass on feedback from the field to our development and product teams and thus help to continuously improve our technologies.
• Customer Experience : You are the face of SKIDATA with customers – with a professional appearance and reliable service, you strengthen our brand and build long-term relationships.
