We are seeking a Small Equipment Specialist to join the Module L Operations Team (2x 4000 L Microbial Fermentation Facility) at our Visp location. This role is critical for managing all small equipment within Module L.

What you’ll do :

• Serve as the operational lead for small equipment within Module L.
• Take responsibility for the operation of washing machines and autoclaves in Module L.
• Manage refrigerators, freezers, and shock freezers within the module.
• Plan and oversee activities related to small equipment and washing machines, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate efforts between CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation), QA (Quality Assurance), and Operations, and collaborate with project teams to define the qualification and re-qualification requirements for the listed equipment.
• Support the integration of new washing machines, autoclave loads, and SoloVPE methods in partnership with project teams.
• Handle change control, deviations, and corrective / preventive actions (CR, DR, EAR, CAPA) within the area of responsibility, including conducting required risk assessments.
• Lead the development and documentation of temporary Change Requests (tCR) related to the specified units.
• Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to the assigned responsibilities.
