  • Curate forward-thinking marketing talent and capabilities, establishing a unique brand identity and tone across all channels and geographies
  • Develop a strategic vision to deliver growth and revenue, supporting the marketing team in executing data-driven campaigns that strengthen the brand worldwide
  • Identify new growth opportunities and proactively address industry challenges
  • Champion a partnership mentality where the marketing team can act as effective consultants to partner properties and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted brand ambassador at industry events, and sharing thought leadership with media, clients, and partners
  • Working with the Communications Consultant and PR agencies to oversee PR initiatives and media relations, building high-impact relationships with key outlets and influencers
  • Ensure all agency partners and suppliers are set to deliver maximum ROI through defined scopes of work
  • Lead a cross-functional team focused on best-in-class marketing, analytic, and technology, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and high performance
  • Foster a team environment that champions growth, encouraging personal and career development while maintaining an internal and external talent pipeline
  • Guide digital and content marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in storytelling and maximising impact across channels
  • Ensure marketing team activity is aligned to specific performance objectives and measured for effectiveness
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and public relations, ideally in luxury, wellness, or hospitality sectors
  • Ability and experience in working in a small, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and proficiency in brand storytelling
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships, agency relationships, and driving ROI
  • Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, innovative approach to team leadership
  • Business fluent in English, further language skills would be an advantage
