WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Find exceptional talent : Source, identify, and deliver high-quality talent to the Life Science industry across Europe.
• Own the game : From job intake to signed offer - sourcing, presenting and negotiating - it’s all yours.
• Engage with clients : Actively participate in client interactions with our strong existing client base, understanding their unique needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Grow relationships : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of our client base within the Pharma / Biotech & Devices sectors.
• Build your network : Attend industry events, grow your network, and become a go-to person in your market.
• Be part of the crew : Be on eye-level with your colleagues and our leadership, share your ideas, support your team.
