Your Impact

• Work in our growing international corporate financial services tax team in Zurich and you will have a specific focus on M&A and restructuring.
• Proactively provide tax expertise to a diverse client portfolio consisting of primarily private equity and real estate clients, encompassing advice on international tax implications in relation to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
• Take the lead in managing and coordinating multi-country M&A and restructuring projects consisting of tax due diligence, tax structuring, SPA review, tax modelling and post completion tax advisory services thereby leveraging on the support of associates and senior associates.
• Work with the team to develop the financial services, private equity and real estate practice to broaden the strengthen the client relationships, broaden the client base and diversify the service offering.
